This is the sort of insight that candidates want to know about a company, and if a company is confident that they have a good working environment and atmosphere, it makes sense to encourage people to share their opinions.

There is a great deal of focus placed on awards that indicate which companies are good to work for or which provide great employee services, so a company that excels in this area should use it as a key selling point.
